A tape-measure pocket nail apron is a leather work apron that, in addition to nail and screw compartments, has a dedicated pocket that keeps a tape measure within reach at the waist. In carpentry, assembly, renovation and formwork, where measuring is frequent, it lets you reach the tape in a single movement without bending down. İkizderi tape-measure pocket aprons are handmade from genuine leather in our Gerede, Bolu workshop; in every model the tape pocket is combined with a sturdy palaska (bandolier) belt.

What is the tape-measure pocket for?
A tape measure is one of the tools a craftsman reaches for most during the day. A separate, well-placed tape pocket speeds up measuring and keeps the tape from getting lost among other tools or scratched in the nail compartment. Because the tape stays put, the risk of dropping it from a ladder or scaffold also falls.
