2. Subject
This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER via the İkizderi website in an electronic environment.
3. Product and Price Information
The basic features of the products, price information, and campaign details are available on the İkizderi website.
The prices listed are valid until updated.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the BUYER’s address within the legal 30-day period.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.
6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products custom-made for the individual or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7. General Provisions
The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and accepted the product specifications, price, payment, and delivery information.
Upon completion of the order, all terms of this agreement are deemed accepted.
8. Competent Court
In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Courts in the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
